Couples coaching involves both people participating, although I may elect to see each person for one individual session following the initial session, to get more quickly up to speed about what each person would like to see change in order to feel better about the relationship.

RELATIONSHIP
COACHING FOR INDIVIDUALS
I offer two venues for change. You pick the one that best suits your needs and your style.
Relationship Coaching Workbook A structured, time limited course for those who need help on getting to the root of why they are not getting the relationship they deserve. This involves weekly/biweekly sessions with discussion & exploration of things such as your personal relationship history, your parent’s relationship dynamics, your relationship expectations, your ability to be emotionally vulnerable, etc. Answers to these questions are essential to the following: why you gravitate to certain people, why you put up with less than you deserve and why you stay longer than you should.
Each session you will be e-mailed a particular set of questions to answer and then discuss during the next session. Through this discussion, you will begin to understand how your perceptions and approaches are getting in the way of getting that healthy, long-lasting relationship.
Free Flow Style Conversation
This venue is designed for those wanting professions advice & direction on specific issues. This may involve one session or several sessions, depending on the advice requested. Common topics for discussion include:

Actively seeking a relationship:
- How can I get started with internet dating?
